| The intrduction of Taiji Hotel

Taiji Hotel is the first four-star foreign tourist hotel in Fuling district. It’s the important enterprise of business and trade in Fuling and managed by Chongqing Taiji Hotel Management Co. Ltd. Anather managed companies are Badu Hotel, Jianfeng Hotel, Baiheliang travel agency and the service branch.
Taiji Hotel opened on October 12, 2001 and won the honor of “Four –star ” in July of 2003. It’s located in the 16th, Sports south road of Fuling district and quite near Fuling stadium with extremely convenient transportation. There are 160 rooms(suits) with elegant, luxurious decoration. Among them, the blue marine room, green zoology room, business single rooms which are all with novel decoration and elegant environment are especially worthy to be mentioned. Hotel Strives to supply the unique business floors which are distributed in the 21st floor to the 23rd floor. All rooms provide free broadband Internet access. The luxury restaurant can accommodate 900 people and there are 16 various types of rooms. Hotel also provides the conference center with fully functions and equipments, as well as an international entertainment club named Xin guang can lan, recreation and fitness centre, outdoor swimming pool and other recreational facilities.
Strengthening hardware facilities and further improving the construction of the software, together with enhancing staffs’ awareness of service and training business skills, has earned the hotel fruitful achievements and won varieties of honors.
By the end of 2002, the front desk cashier of Fuling hotel was named "Civilized Youth" in Fuling district and the banquet catering group was named "Innovation-effective advanced collective”. In September of 2003, the hotel was honored with "Class A units of classification of food hygiene supervision” in Fuling district. In early 2004, it was granted "Civility unit" by the Central Government of Fuling District. In April of 2005, Taiji Hotel gained "Chongqing Municipality food sanitation class A units, 2004". December 23 at the same year, comrade Huazheng Liu who is the chef of Fuling Hotel gained the honour of "the Chinese kitchen Award". He is the first one who obtained this reputation in Fuling district and also one of the five who were recognized in Chonqing. In February of 2006, the hotel was named "key business enterprises in Fuling District". It was named "China Food brand” in September and was given the award as ”High-Quality service” by Fuling district business department and Fuling District food-service industry associations in December. In April of 2007, the cashier of hotel front desk was titled "civilized youth" in tourism industry of Chongqing.
After gaining the "Top Ten 2004 Chongqing Municipal Tourism-star hotels" (Which is the top award in hotel industry) and the "Top Ten 2006 Chongqing Municipal Tourism star hotel", Taiji Hotel has became the industry leaders. Constant innovation and introducing classic dishes which are the pursuit of Taiji Hotel all the time. In May of 2006, the hotel was solemnly launched a series of national banquet dishes, and introduced the "The First feast of Fuling—cubilose, abalone, shark fins and Jiang family flavor dishes” in January of 2007. Taiji Hotel started to introduce the three classic dishes of Chaoshan dishes, Japanese sashimi and barbecue cooking from July of 2007. Tainji Hotel takes its own unique creative within hotel industry as basis and the development as motivation. It has laid a solid foundation for further development for Catering industry in Fuling.
